Ada Rave, who has been living in the Netherlands for over a decade, is one of the most powerful and active voices on the Amsterdam improvisation scene. She regularly collaborates with artists such as Ab Baars, Ig Henneman, Wilbert de Joode and Michael Moore, and is an important member of Amsterdam-based collectives and experimental music workshops.

Jasper Stadhouders is one of the leading figures in contemporary Dutch guitar playing and is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of Dutch creative music. He has performed alongside Han Bennink, Terrie Ex, Andy Moor, Wilbert de Joode and Onno Govaert, among others, and is a major player in the musical scene centred around Ex, as well as in the Amsterdam and international improvisation scene.

Péter Ajtai and Szilveszter Miklós are key creators in Central European free improvisation, having been active in the Hungarian and international avant-garde music scene for many years. Throughout their careers, they have performed with artists such as Mihály Dresch, István Grencsó, Hamid Drake, Tobias Delius and Alexander von Schlippenbach. Their music blends the region’s distinctive improvisational heritage with the open and ever-evolving forms of contemporary experimental music.
