The members of this band first met during rehearsals and concerts at the Academy of Music, Budapest. In this mutually inspiring environment, the possibility of creating a unique, shared sound quickly became apparent: one that develops not only from individual performances, but also from collective attention and real-time reactions. This experience prompted the bandleader to develop a repertoire consisting of his compositions written specifically for this lineup.

The music of the sextet is based on present-time thinking within and beyond the themes, and on live form creation. The pieces leave room for spontaneous musical decisions, dialogues, and a shared sense of time, where classical, jazz, folk, and contemporary musical influences appear as part of a constantly evolving personal language.

The concert will be a current snapshot of this shared sound. It is a musical process in which composition and improvisation are naturally intertwined, and where form is not necessarily predetermined, but arises from attention and the intensity of interplay.
