Tamara Mózes (H)

20:00
Opus Jazz Club
Featuring:
  • Tamara Mózes - vocals, piano

Tamara Mózes graduated from the Budapest Academy of Music, continuing her studies in jazz vocals and improvisation first in Paris and later in Belgium. In 2011 she won the scholarship of the French State while in 2015 the jazz scholarship “Dezső Lakatos Ablakos” of the Hungarian State. Her current master is the London-based singer-pianist, Pete Churchill.

At her present solo concert in the Opus Jazz Club she performs original compositions from her last album, Moozing, and also presents pieces from her brand new material, Cross-Folk, combining folk music from different countries with jazz.

“We step into a soft and intense aura ... Tamara can capture the audience and take them to her wonderworld. This is pure jazz with a feeling, both modern and classic, with many references and persuasive technique all the while.” Claire Jalmain, Crest, France, 2017
