The Santa Diver formation, which was founded in 2006, consists of Luca Kézdy, a jazz violinist who won the Artisjus Award in 2019, multiinstrumentalist-composer Dávid Szesztay and drummer Dávid Szegő. The three instruments and individualities represent a very special and unique world of music found in the intersection of jazz, world music, and modern creative. Their sound is determined by the unusual line-up (violin-bass-drum), Luca Kézdy's special, narrative violin playing, colorful and melodic bass vocals, and the drum full of small, exciting events. Their fourth album, Blue Horizon, was released in the spring of 2021 by the NarRator Records. Of course, the trio has performed at all major Hungarian festivals and clubs, and has also performed at several foreign jazz festivals: Chelsea Music Festival, NYC (US), European Jazz Conference, BMC (HU), Südtirol Jazzfestival (IT), Voll Damm Festival Jazz Vic (ES), Gaume Jazz Festival (BE). In December 2019, a highly successful concert was given at the Solti Hall of the Academy of Music.
